Who We Are
Conscience Technology is a Seoul–based AI startup building next-generation observability tools for high-performing AI systems alongside modular infrastructure for scalable context engines.
Founded in December 2025, we exist to help teams deploy AI that is not only powerful, but also transparent, reliable, and production-ready. Our platform gives enterprises deep visibility into how their models reason, retrieve, and perform in real-world environments.
In parallel, we develop modular context-engine components that make it easier to build AI systems that truly understand and adapt to business-specific data.
We are currently working in stealth mode and will launch our initial product in Q1 of 2026.
Team
Our team brings together elite talent from Korea University, KAIST, Seoul National University, and the London School of Economics and Political Science—institutions known for shaping the world’s top engineers, scientists, and strategists.
We have built and scaled technology at some of the world’s most demanding organizations, including a global hedge fund, Seegene, Sanofi, and leading global venture capital firms.
Several of our members are also former startup founders who have taken products from zero to market in highly competitive environments.
This rare combination of deep technical excellence, financial rigor, and real-world execution is what makes our team truly world-class.
Seunghyun Yu (Kris), who holds a Master’s degree in Statistics from Korea University, is an applied AI systems architect focused on building reliable, production-ready AI agents and the observability and context-engine layers that power them.
Kyle Yoon, a 3x startup founder, has an extensive background in investment, business development, and entrepreneurship. He brings a global perspective paired with an operator’s discipline to venture building. He is deeply committed to fostering long-term partnerships and driving regional innovation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Seungmin Eum (Simon), a graduate of KAIST Computer Science, has developed expertise across the full computing stack—from network internals to scalable AI systems. He excels in LLM-driven engineering and experimental methodology, enabling teams to iterate faster, validate ideas with precision, and build production-grade AI features with a strong scientific foundation.
Haeseok Yang (Xeno), an SNU-trained engineer, combines full-stack product execution with strong machine learning intuition. He built sophisticated financial and economic analytics tools as an undergraduate and has repeatedly demonstrated exceptional technical problem-solving across ML projects. He thrives in fast-moving environments, translating abstract concepts into real, scalable systems.
Dongkwan Kim (Paul) is a top-ranked Computer Science graduate who led an NLP schema generation project producing more than KRW 500 million in revenue. He now drives the company’s AI observability platform, bringing deep technical leadership and an exceptional ability to convert research into real product value.
Hakjun Lee (Tom) graduated from Kookmin University with a degree in Law and quickly rose to become one of the youngest engineering leads on major projects at Seegene and BMTech. He has consistently delivered exceptional customer experiences by orchestrating complex technical initiatives end-to-end, demonstrating rare execution ability and leadership across multidisciplinary environments.
Eunsu Ko (Dean) is a full-stack and systems engineer trained in Computer Science at Seoul National University of Science and Technology, with hands-on research experience in computer vision and XR simulation. His work spans real-time streaming systems, memory-safe infrastructure, and applied AI product engineering.
Heeyoung Na (Dia) is a young founder who built a design and strategy business serving 30+ companies and led multiple 0→1 product initiatives, generating over KRW 500 million in results through exceptional product leadership and execution.
